Quick:

Use a number followed by a period ( . ). It's not necessary that the numbers be correct because the structured text engine will take care of proper numbering. It is recommended that you always use the number one ( 1 ) so you can see if the Structured Text Engine is working properly.

As an example, this text:

    1. Item one

    1. Item two

    1. Item three

will be changed into this:

1. Item one
2. Item two
3. Item three

  You can create information underneath each list item by indenting the text according to the ideas in Indent Paragraphs. The effect is shown in this paragraph you are reading now.

  For example:
