It's called a wiki web; it's a kind of collaborative website. Pages can be changed on the spot by clicking "Edit this page", and certain conventions are followed to simplify writing and linking. A wiki web usually has a particular focus or subject orientation.
For example, pages typically have a Wiki Name - a name which is one or more capitalized words run together. These are automatically converted to hyperlinks, or to a ? which will create the new page when clicked.
